DocuShare Mobile Product Introduction

DocuShare Mobile is an application to use the Fuji Xerox document management system DocuShare from the iPhone/iPad. You can upload or download files from DocuShare with this application.

●Functions of DocuShare Mobile
- Logs in to DocuShare using user ID registered with DocuShare beforehand.
- Lists folders and files inside DocuShare.
- Downloads files from Docushare. Application that supports that file format will be used to display the downloaded file (Adobe Reader for PDF files, etc.).
- Upload and store files in DocuShare through application on iPhone/iPad.

- Moreover, you cannot connect to the DocuShare that is set to request for client certificate in the SSL environment.
- For iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 Plus, even if you tap the owners details disclosure button, it may not work.
- In the case of upload operation with a large file size, although uploading has been successful, the error message "Unable to connect to server" may be displayed. If this error message is displayed, execute the update operation of the collection and check whether the file is uploaded. If it is not uploaded, please execute registration operation again.
●Usage Requirements
- DocuShare Mobile Option is required in the DocuShare server to be accessed.
- Register a user account for DocuShare Access Point beforehand. Users cannot be registered from this application.
- A device capable of communicating with DocuShare server over the Internet via the HTTP/HTTPS protocol.
- An application that supports the format of the downloaded file is required to display that file.
